With rare exception, todays bench grinders are supplied with inferior wheel washers that flex or bend easily. Through years of experience, we have found that wheel run-out is nearly always the result of a bent wheel washer caused by over-tightening, rather than a defective wheel.

Weve designed Raptor grinding wheel washers with a heavy cross section and large diameter face so the washer wont flex or bend. This means your grinding wheels will run true and provide a lifetime of dependable service. Precision machined from solid aluminum, Raptor wheel washers are built to last a lifetime.
