Made from tough polypropylene, this 3/4″ coupling offers corrosion-free performance and easy installation for both professional and DIY piping projects.

Features & Specifications

• Model: 62238
• Material: Polypropylene (PP) tough, low moisture absorption, and chemically resistant
• Size: 3/4″ fits standard 3/4″ threaded pipe and fittings
• Type: Internal threaded coupling for quick, secure connections
• Temperature tolerance: Performs reliably up to approximately 180F (82C)
• Corrosion & chemical resistance: Resists a wide range of chemicals and will not rust
• Lightweight & easy to handle: Lower installation labor and shipping weight vs. metal fittings
• Recyclable: Manufactured from recyclable polypropylene to reduce environmental impact

Benefits & Applications

This 3/4″ polypropylene threaded coupling solves common piping problems by preventing corrosion and chemical attack that shorten the life of metal fittings. Its threaded design enables fast assembly and disassembly for routine maintenance, reducing downtime. Because it is lightweight, installers save time and effort on long runs or hard-to-reach locations.

Common applications include potable and non-potable water distribution, irrigation systems, agricultural piping, chemical processing lines, and many wastewater or industrial fluid systems where chemical resistance and longevity are required. The couplings compatibility with standard 3/4″ threaded fittings makes it a versatile choice across residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

Installation & Maintenance

Install by threading the coupling onto matching 3/4″ male threads. Hand-tighten and finish to recommended torque to avoid thread damage. The polypropylene construction requires minimal maintenance; just inspect periodically for leaks or wear, especially in high-stress or UV-exposed installations.
