90-Tooth Gear Our fine-tooth ratchet requires only a 4-degree swing arc Ultra-Compact Head Unlike conventional “low profile” designs that focus on controlling only the thickness of the head, we reduced the size in every dimension: height, width, and length Proof Torque Our ratchets meet (and most far exceed) the industry standard for Proof Torque, a measure of strength verified by a single-cycle test that applies torque until the specified value is reached without failure or any permanent deformation. Single, Half-Moon Pawl Maintains 9 teeth engaged with the gear at all times, ensuring that it won’t slip or skip under stress Comfort Grip Handle We designed our comfort grip handle with a rounded oval shape to fit your hand without being bulky
Tekton 1/4, 3/8, and 1/2 inch drive ratchets have a 90-tooth gear that produces a working swing arc of 4 degrees. The single half-moon pawl maintains 9 teeth engaged with the gear at all times, ensuring that it won’t slip or skip under stress. The classic non-quick-release drive tang retains sockets with a spring-actuated detent ballpush the sockets onto the ratchet and pull to remove them. The soft overmold grip and rounded oval shape of the comfort grip handle support your palm and fingers.
